Digital streaming access
Original drama season passes are delivered to the signed-in customer account after verified payment. There is no physical shipping. Some episodes remain available free of charge. Purchases are one-time, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
Delivery status
The confirmation page checks server-side purchase and access status. A return URL or closed checkout window is not proof of payment. If delivery is delayed, check My Library and contact Support before attempting another purchase.
Cancellation
Leaving checkout does not itself prove that no charge occurred. The payment provider and account status determine the final outcome. Cancellation and refund eligibility, including any statutory digital-content consent requirements, must be reviewed before commercial launch.
