Information and purposes
Account details, viewing progress, access entitlements, security records and support messages support authentication, digital delivery, playback, abuse prevention and customer assistance. Payment integration is designed to retain amounts, currency, payment references and minimal event summaries, not full card data or complete payment-provider payloads.
Service providers
Supabase supports account and database services; Cloudflare Stream delivers video. Stripe is the planned payment processor, pending independent-account setup and validation. Provider data processing terms, retention periods, international transfers and applicable legal bases require review before commercial launch.
Requests and choices
Use Account Settings or Support to submit access, correction or deletion requests. Requests require identity checks and may be subject to lawful retention obligations. Do not include card numbers, passwords or authentication keys in support messages.
